Karina Fincap Limited has implemented Grievance Redressal System for securing the rights of the Customer.

The Escalation Matrix for the same:

  • Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO):
    Customer can forward the Grievances to the GRO

  • Business Head (BH):
    If the Grievance of the Customer is not resolved within 10 Days by approaching the GRO or he/she is not satisfied then Customer can approach the BH for the redressal.

    If the Grievance of the Customer is not resolved within 10 Days by approaching the BH or he/she is not satisfied then Customer can approach the COO for the redressal

    If the Grievance of the Customer is not resolved within 07 Days by approaching the COO or he/she is not satisfied then Customer can approach the Management for the redressal.

    Lastly Customer has the Right to reach the Appellate Authority for the Grievance Redressal if his/her Grievance is not resolved within 30 days as per the RBI Guidelines issued to NBFC.
